CCP NCC sets penalty rate for EUR and USD starting from October 17^th, 2022:

According to clarifying previously published news https://www.nationalclearingcentre.com/catalog/5701/65088 CCP NCC will not set short selling ban for EUR starting from October 17^th, 2022.
