Until 26.08.2022, paragraph 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.4 of CLEARING RULES OF THE CENTRAL COUNTERPARTY NATIONAL CLEARING CENTRE. PART VII. SECURITY LEVELS OF THE CENTRAL COUNTERPARTY AND MEASURES, AIMED AT LIMITATION OF THE LIABILITY OF THE CLEARING HOUSE, approved by the Supervisory Board of the CCP NCC dated 03.03.2022 (Protocol 19), is in effect.
